By shopping with WisemanToure Autoparts (online or in Dakar), you agree to the rules below. They explain how orders, shipping, and warranties work.

2. What We Do

  • Sell and ship U.S. auto parts for American, international, and German vehicles.
  • Ship from New York to Dakar several times per week.
  • Sell directly at our Dakar storefront and through online orders.
  • Offer a 1-year limited warranty on eligible parts.

3. Who Can Buy

  • Customers must be 18 or older.
  • You need to provide correct contact, billing, and delivery details.
  • Wholesale buyers may need extra approval.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
  • Prices cover the part and shipping.
  • You are responsible for Senegal port fees, customs duties, and local taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Main option: Sea shipping with Sencargo to Port Autonome de Dakar.
  • Faster option: Air freight with DHL.
  • Pick up at the port or our Dakar shop.
  • Delivery times depend on customs and carriers—we’re not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Warranty

  • All eligible parts include a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, bad installation, accidents, or normal wear.
  • Keep your receipt for proof.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final after shipping.
  • If the wrong or defective part arrives, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

8. Your Responsibilities

  • Check part numbers before ordering.
  • Give correct shipping and contact info.
  • Pay port, customs, and local fees at pickup.
  • Have a qualified mechanic install your parts.

9. Our Brand

WisemanToure Autoparts’ logos, website, and marketing are legally protected. You cannot use them without permission.

10. Limits of Liability

We are not responsible for losses due to:

  • Shipping/customs delays
  • Misuse or bad installation
  • Wrong parts ordered

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the part you purchased.

11. Trade Compliance

We follow U.S. export laws and Senegalese import rules. Customers are responsible for following local laws where they use the parts.

12. Privacy

  • We only collect your data to process orders.
  • We do not sell your information.
  • We may share limited info with shippers (Sencargo, DHL).

These Terms are under the laws of New York (USA) and Senegal. Disputes may be resolved in Dakar or New York.
