A: Yes. If the part you need isn’t listed, contact us and we can special-order it through our U.S. stock access.
A: Yes. We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and high-quality aftermarket parts. You’ll always know which option you’re buying at checkout.
A: Each listing includes compatibility details. If you’re not sure, provide your VIN, make, model, and year, and our team will confirm before shipping.
A: Absolutely. Our “Wiseman Mechanic” service and sales team can check references and recommend the right part for your vehicle.
A: Yes. We provide wholesale pricing and discounts for mechanics, dealers, and fleet managers. Contact us to open a reseller account.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
A: We currently ship from New York City to Dakar, Senegal. Orders can be picked up at the Port Autonome de Dakar or at our Dakar storefront.
A: Most shipments arrive in Senegal within 1–2 weeks by sea or just a few days by air. Timelines depend on customs clearance and carrier schedules.
A: Shipping fees are included in your order total. Customers are responsible for port fees, customs duties, and local taxes upon pickup.
A: Yes. Orders can be collected at the Port Autonome de Dakar or at our Dakar storefront.
A: For urgent needs, DHL air freight is available for faster delivery. Same-day service is not available due to international shipping logistics.
A: After your order is processed, you’ll receive an Order ID. Enter it on our “Track My Order” page or contact our team on WhatsApp for updates.
💳 Payment & Pricing
A: We accept cash, card, and mobile payments. Full payment is required upfront before shipping.
A: Yes. Payments are processed securely, and customer information is protected.
A: Not at this time. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
A: Yes. Every order includes a receipt or invoice, which also serves as proof of purchase for warranty coverage.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
A: All sales are final once shipped. Returns may be accepted only for incorrect or defective parts within 7 days of receipt.
A: Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and provide instructions. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
A: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order.
A: If you receive the wrong or a defective part, contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a return or replacement under our warranty policy.

A: Each part listing includes compatibility details. If you’re not sure, provide your VIN, make, model, and year, and our team will confirm before shipping.
A: We don’t currently install parts. We recommend having your part fitted by a qualified mechanic.
A: Yes, but we strongly recommend professional installation. Damage from improper installation is not covered by warranty.
