WisemanTouré began with a simple belief: no community should be left waiting for solutions.

In December 2017, Mr. Wiseman traveled from the U.S. to Senegal to meet Mr. Touré. His first mission was to explore ways of bringing medical equipment to local hospitals—a vision still alive in our long-term plans.

During that first trip, he stayed nearly a month, meeting people, asking questions, and seeing the challenges of daily life firsthand. One issue stood out everywhere he went: cars left idle for weeks, waiting for parts so drivers could pass inspection.

With Mr. Touré already rooted in Senegal, the two realized they could act immediately. Together, they set their sights on solving transportation first—the lifeline of every community. By tackling one problem at a time, WisemanTouré delivers dependable solutions people can count on today, while laying the foundation for greater opportunities tomorrow.
